VACC Accreditation
A Grade automotive network

AGAN is a new beginning in the provision of automotive care in Victoria. AGAN takes purchasing, servicing and repairing of motor vehicles and the training and professionalism of participating businesses to a higher level than ever before.

The A Grade Automotive Network (AGAN) is an initiative of the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC).

VACC is the peak automotive industry body in Victoria, representing and providing services to over 5,000 automotive businesses.

This means that you can have confidence in who you choose to look after your vehicle, knowing that they are better trained, better equipped and operate a business exuding professionalism.

AGAN participants are committed not only to developing their business, but to you and your vehicle needs. As a customer, you are their most important asset.

The A Grade automotive network advantage

AGAN is a network of VACC Members who are committed to providing you a better quality experience across all stages of motor vehicle ownership.

By using a “certified” AGAN business, you can trust that your purchasing, service or repair needs will be met by knowledgeable, qualified professionals, fully supported by VACC’s 95 years of industry experience.

AGAN businesses are contractually bound to customer service, equipment and ongoing training standards; ensuring that businesses displaying the AGAN brand are well placed to provide exceptional levels of service.

AGAN businesses are independently owned and operated, giving you personal, caring customer service.

Whether buying a new or used car, having your car serviced or repaired, requiring body or crash restoration, needing tyres, automotive electrical work or specialised repairs or upgrades, you will be sure to find a Certified AGAN business that is right for you.

Minimum Entry Requirements

All AGAN businesses must meet a stringent set of standards to display the AGAN Brand.

The standards include:

  • Customer service
  • Qualifications
  • Presentation of premises
  • Equipment levels
  • Annual training
  • Staff, OHS and Environmental

To guarantee that these standards are adhered to, each business is independently audited twice a year against a benchmark that sets the standard.
